This place gets one star, and ...

This place gets one star, and thats only because it has a roof. The other tenants are terrible, you'd think you were living in north philly. Yelling, constant loud music, constant beeping from fat lazy people unable to get out of their car and ring a doorbell. Dog crap EVERYWHERE, you cant even step on the grass.



Every sink leaks. Every appliance has broken. When maint. comes to "fix" something, they leave a mess YOU have to clean up, and the problem wont be fixed half the time anyway. When our hot water heater went out, they CHUCKED IT OFF THE BALCONY. We live on the third floor.



I wish I was some cranky old guy exaggerating. I wish i was some fanatical religious person just angry at the world. Im not. Im an average dude, in his mid 20s. If you move here, you will regret it.
