Came within 45 minutes of non urgent call. Plumber was friendly and professional. Very honest with us and fixed everything immediately and for the same price as our estimate. Very happy with this service. Would recommend to family and friends.

The service was fabulous! The technician, Anthony, number 2440, could not have been more courteous and friendly. He laid out my options clearly and then promptly fixed the problem. I was extremely satisfied and will be calling them for any problems I may have in the future as well as recommending them quite highly!

I had a plumbing emergency today. I had a leaky toilet from my bathroom. One little toilet did a lot of damage :( Anthony not only fixed the leak, also refer me to a contractor that could assess the damage to my finished basement. Anthony took his time and evaluated the job he did. He could have fixed the wax seal but he also determined it was leaking from the tank. Took the time to show me the problems and the gave me the solutions. Thanks Roto-Rooter, hoping this will save me money on my water bill as well.

My first appointment had to be rescheduled as they were backed up on calls for service. However, every representative was polite and helpful as they continually updated me and eventually rescheduled. My second appointment was dispatched right on time. Dan was courteous and efficient and quickly remedied the problem. Aside from the scheduling snag, I'm very pleased.

We were having problems with air bubbling up in the toilet every time we ran the washing machine. Water was also backing up in the bath tub and it was draining very slowly. Andy came to our home and snaked out the lines. Everything is working properly now. Andy was very nice and did a very thorough job. We were pleased with the service. William & Linda New Miami, OH
