I can agree the staff isn't all that friendly most of all the new staff members are rude. When my first child was born I wanted Dr. Janson I was told he would be my sons Dr. when I went there I was stuck with another Dr. my son has only been seen by Dr. Janson a few times witch went well he is a good Dr. and if u actually aren't lied to and get him you will happy ,but after hearing the nurses and Dr. Monday talking out in the open like a bunch of girls at a sleep over "mind you I was the only one in the waiting room.'' I herd Dr. Monday plain as day say that someone was acting retarded , it truly hurt my feelings seeing that I have a child that she was about to care for with special needs. I will never return to that office.

Dr. Jansen has been the pediatrician for all three of my children. I have no problems with Dr. Jansen. His staff, however, is rude and unaccommodating. They act as if you are annoying them when you call to make an appointment and you never see any of them smile. I do like Dr. Jansen, but have considered taking my children elsewhere because of the ladies at the front desk.
Sometimes simply saying "your welcome" with a smile goes a long way.

Very rude staff. Whats more worse is Dr.Paul Janson is even more rude. They just do not care. I do not recommend this doctor
