Provided by YP.comBeing a first time home buyer, Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding questions I had about the property. He showed up early and was very efficient and professional during the inspection. He clearly explained everything to me about the report and assured that if I had any questions he would be more than happy to help. I also appreciated the fact that Matt took my initial call on a Sunday and was able to schedule my inspection for the very next day. I would definitely recommend Neary Inspections to friends and family, or anyone looking for a home inspector.
