They are my new Dentists. Visit was the best experience that I ever had at a Dentist office. The staff is great and Amy, the Dental Hygienist, absolutely outstanding.

The doctor and the staff here are amazing! They treat you like family! I have never had to wait long to go back and, even though I hate having dental work done, I've never had a bad experience there. They even sent me a hand-written get well card for my husband (who is not yet a patient there) when they learned he was in the hospital!! You WILL be happy if you choose them for a dentist office!!

I found the Mortenson Family Dental office in Florence to be both professional and caring. The doctor, as did each person on the staff went out of their way to make me feel like a longtime treasured patient, instead of the new one I was. While eager to share the latest updates in procedures, etc., they keep the explanations . The two areas that impressed me the most thou were: (1) They understand that each patient has different needs and therefore options are given, and (2) They do not pack the waiting room causing you to be an hour late for your next stop. A consideration I wish all medical offices would copy. As a Florence transplant, I am relieved to have found this dental group and have no problem recommending them to anyone else new to the area searching for a dentist for their family.
