Tried to order oem part for Samsung front loader washer (dc31-00054a), they said they sell oem Samsung parts! Wrong I got there and he handed me the exact same part as I received from parts wharehouse on Wooster pike cincinnati. Cincinnati appliance price was $67 parts wharehouse was $36 and parts wharehouse told me it was aftermarket which did not work. Try to sell what you say if you want to stay in business. Parts wharehouse at least was honest and reasonably priced.

These people have ALWAYS done right by me and my needs for parts over many years!!! Being a retired mechanic, I know to take model and serial numbers with me to get the exact parts needed. Their costs are very reasonable, too, compared to other parts stores. They have also ALWAYS treated this old woman with respect and a smile! I would give them 10 stars if I could! ... And no... they are not related and we are not friends! Just great business people and a nice clean store to boot. Plenty of nice parking, too.

Professional ,, the person their was very familiar with the repair I needed and got the part for me in just a moment. The part worked good and the price wasexcellent

Very rude many that works there. I would rather have the part shipped than deal with being treated that way.
