Provided by YP.comMy husband & I had been looking for a new car. He went to Airport Ford to get repairs on our escape, someone showed him a deep copper fusion. He took me back on sat.. I loved the car. they had everything ready, It was so easy . We were able to take the car home with us. Everyone was so kind and friendly. We will definetly consider using Airport Ford for future purchaces.

Provided by YPmobileThis is an awesome dealership! I bought not one, but 2 cars within a month and got the same great experience both times. There was no negotiation necessary. I couldn't be happier with the approach or the staff. They were courteous, professional, and there were no games many dealers like to play. I highly recommend them!

Provided by YP.comI have used the service department at Airport Ford for years for servicing of my vehicle. I purchased my last Ford from a different dealership and I have not been back there since. Their service department does not compare to Airport Ford's. Mario is great and very pleasant to deal with.

Provided by YP.comI just want to say your new Service Manager, Guy Ollier, is doing an excellent job. I have known Guy for several years as the Parts Manager and he could not have been nicer and more helpful when I bought parts. And now as the service manager he is still doing great. We had some problems with the 2010 Taurus, but Guy made sure it was repaired correctly and kept the price as inexpensive as he could. Guy is the kind of person I like doing business with. You can trust him.

Provided by YP.comHope you have a spare week to get your car fixed with these jokers. I made an appointment A WEEK AGO to have my power window fixed, because that was the soonest time they had open. Take them the car this morning. I hear nothing by 230pm so I call them. Put on hold for 20 minutes. They guy forgot I was on hold and answers the phone like I was a new customer. They ask me if they can call me back. I am working but agree. They call me back and tel me that they may not get to my car today at all. I say I will bring it in tomorrow. I then ask if I bring it in tomorrow, will it be fixed tomorrow or will you have to order parts? He tells me he may have to order part. A week ago I asked this very same question and was told they would not have to order parts. I should have just went somewhere else and my issue would be fixed by now. Do not use this place just because they are a Ford dealer. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Provided by YP.comAVOID THIS PLACE! They will try to scam you and do unnecessary work on your car to make a quick buck. Do not go here. Go somewhere else!!! The maintenance department has been HORRIBLE in my experience! Promise after promise, lie after lie. PLEASE do not go here. I cannot stress it enough!!
