About Us: A New Rooftime was established in 1995 when the current owner, Missy Shoemaker, took part in the vision laid out by her stepfather, Ricky Feltner. Ricky, along with Missy's mother Sandy, decided to leave their positions at a roofing contractor's company to go into business for themselves. They pursued their vision and started a small roofing contractor business out of their family home. Their premise was simple; they summed up their vision in one simple slogan, Rooftime, and built on it. Before the new decade began, Shoemaker's parents had expanded and brought in her husband, brother, and several cousins. A New Rooftime then became a true family-owned-and-operated business with deep community roots and more than 15 years of business experience. In 1996, we were the very first organization to join the Owens Corning- Preferred Contractor Program.
