Lousy Service. Have Been a longtime customer. Employees years back were helpful and bent over backwards to help you, now they would much rather sit behind at the computer and let you tell them the numbers off of the product on the showroom floor. looking at a couple of the employees that work there now.....I would say standing in place would be all the exercise they could handle. might try bringing a bag of fries and a couple cheeseburgers next time to get them to the show room floor.

Service is horrible! You are not acknowledged when you come into the store. They were great when I purchased my mower but getting the items to service it it like pulling teeth. Staff lacks knowledge about the parts & equipment.
