I HAVE BEEN ON THE MARKET FOR A SAFE FOR SOME TIME NOW. I STOPPED INTO PRECISION LOCK AND SAFE . THE SALESMAN WAS VERY INFORMATIVE , HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN TO ME THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF SAFES AVAILABLE. AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR I HAD A GREAT UNDERSTANDING OF THE MANY OPTIONS.- UL RATINGS , FIREPROOF, MECHANICAL AND KEYPAD LOCKS. I NARROWED IT DOWN TO TWO AND WILL MAKE MY DECISION VERY SOON. I WILL GO BACK AND PURCHASE MY SAFE THERE, NICE STORE NO PRESSURE - HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Found this company in the phone book, needed some work done expediously.and definitely called the right place. We made an appointment for time and day that was convenient for me and the owner was exactly on time. He had all the tools necessary to complete the job and offered sound advice about what products would be needed and why. Cost was competitive with other places I called and I liked the fact that the company had a physical address and was not just a mobile operation that I might never be able to find if I needed them again. Charges were exactly as described over the phone and there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. will keep their card and use their services again as needed.

My wife and I needed a safe in the house, so I researched and met with many different vendors. Doug and Elaad at Precision Lock & Safe were professional and by far the most knowledgable vendor I met with, they took the time to explain the differences in safes. They delivered, installed, and explained everything we needed to know about the safe. I would definitely recommend them, and will definitely use them in the future.

I needed my fathers antique safe opened after he passed away. I was very sceptical on who to call because i didnt want the safe damaged. After a few calls only one locksmith claimed to be able to open with out damaging the safe in any way. The technician arrived shortley. He then explained the proccess of manipulation and began manipulating. 30 minutes later almost like magic, the safe was open with his bare hands. He did a quick maintanence checkup, gave me the combo and was finished. Superior customer service and a very excellent job.
