Iced capp was good. Smoothie not so much. And the bigger girl in drive thru was very rude, she did not say one word to us.

I've been trying to resolve an issue with this business for over a week. Unfortunately every time I call or come in; the manager I need to speak with is unavailable and will call me back - I've not received a call back in 8 days, 6 phone calls and 2 visits in the store. What's wrong with this picture? Can someone please just help me already.

I have never had a problem with this location but today I got a 9 grain bagel with cream cheese. When I got to work I started to eat it and noticed a piece of fuzzy hair and when I looked closer I noticed it had little pieces on hair all over it like it had been dropped on the ground and served to me. I am so disgusted right now I will never go back. I called to let the manager know what happened she didn't seem at all apologetic but did offer me a replacement that of course declined. I told her just check the bagels to make sure it wasn't more than one.
