I, we, must agree with the previous post. Our church group participates in the program muffler man offers so some of our members go to that location. Most members have said the same thing about the man who runs the front desk. It is a shame that Muffler Man represents their company by having customers greeted by someone who I wouldn't trust to do any type of work for me. Many of us have taken our business elsewhere. Thanks John for sharing. I hope others see your post before visiting Muffler Man.

I took my vehicle to this Muffler Man location this morning. I was greeted by a young man at the front counter by the name of Dale. I took one look at him and turned around and left. His appearance was that of someone who was suffering from a bad hangover and looked like he could use a visit to a rehab center. I can not believe Muffler Man would allow their customers to be greeted by someone whose appearance is that of a drug addict and expect the customer to leave their vehicle at their business. Shame on Muffler Man!
