I AM A VERY LARGE CONSTRUCTION FIRM SERVING ALL OF MICHIGAN FOR OVER 45 YEARS AND HAVE DEALT WITH SEVERAL AWNING COMPANIES IN THE PAST UNTIL NOW. AFTER A REFERRAL FROM ANOTHER GENERAL CONTRACTOR FROM MICHIGAN I TRIED MID MICHIGAN CANVAS AND AWNING. THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED FROM THEM WAS FAR MORE QUALITY THEN ANY OTHER AWNING COMPANY I'VE DEALT WITH IN THE PAST. FAST DELIVERY AS PROMISED ALONG WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. SOME COMPANIES TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK AND THIS IS ONE OF THEM. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE NEEDING PROFESSIONAL AWNING WORK DONE. I'VE DONE BUSINESS WITH MID MICHIGAN FOR ALMOST 11 YEARS AND WILL CONTINUE AS LONG AS I AM IN THE CONSTRUCTION FIELD.

This company has horrible customer service and their product was not as promised. The awning purchased from them has been damaged since installation and they've made excuses and empty promises for over a year! They've left me choice but to sue them. I DO NOT recommend them at all!! My colleague, who also purchased from them, has the same problem as me too. Evidently they have a history of extremely poor service. Save yourself the headache and hire a quality company, not this one!!

The owner of this company took a $20,000 plus deposit on a large awning project and never built nothing but a sample for approval. They never produced a single finished usable product out of a contact for 10 plus awnings. Very simply they are thieves, my advice to you is to STAY AWAY!
