They are caniving and underhanded and will tell you that when it's time to renew you're lease they will not tell you that they chose not to renew you're lease and you are living month to month and they refuse to fix anything and if they do fix it they try to make it out to be you're fault and try to make you pay full price and you shouldn't have tools in you're garage cause if you do you are running a repair shop and they will evict you so I wouldn't try renting from these crooks just saying

I love this place!!!! Simply put the best people I've ever rented from the staff is professional, friendly and understandable our place was great never had an issue but I know if I had I would get someone over here right away because the maintenance is fantastic! They care about your family and make sure your happy

I've been renting from IPM and they have been easy to work with and very responsive throughout my time with them. Maintenance is super responsiveness and top notch. Very professional.

I have been renting an IPM house for 3.5 years and it hasn't been terrible but I have had many better experiences one being at The Durant Downtown Flint. The communication is extremely poor, unless you owe them anything. When my leases have ended I have never had any contact to see if I am staying or not. I even went 6 months without a lease because they never contacted me. Now that I am leaving they are saying I didn't contact them 30 days prior and have to pay for the extra time (even with the house being empty). Another big issue I had is at one point I had someone move in and followed their rules about having them fill out the application. I was then contacted and told that this was going to cost $75 more per month. No where in my lease said anything about more people costing more money and when questioning it they got confused and said they would get back to me. I never heard back from them after 8 months and that roommate has still lived with me. I got to the point of unless something was broken I just avoided them. Lastly their office hours make it impossible to stop by the office if you work any sort of normal hours Mon-Friday.
