We are a locally owned and operated Oreck store. We carry a wide selection of Oreck products, including upright and canister vacuums, air purifiers, steam mops, commercial units, cleaning products, floor cleaners and vacuum parts and accessories. A: We offer superior quality products at guaranteed best prices. Any Oreck product you see online, we carry in our store for the same price or a better price. We also offer outstanding customer service. We are knowledgeable about the products we sell and can assist customers one-on-one to find the product that best fits his or her cleaning needs. Q: WHAT PRODUCTS OR SERVICES DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMERS? A: We have an expansive line of products and accessories for every cleaning need, from cleaning your hardwood floor to cleaning your air. When people think of Oreck, they often think of vacuums. While we offer a wide variety of superior Oreck vacuums, we also carry several other Oreck products, including air purifiers, cord-free stick brooms, steam mops, commercial units and cleaning supplies. In addition, we carry Mavea water pitchers, two brands of natural cleaning solutions — Freshwave and Moso — and Habersham candles, which are flameless and made in the USA. We also provide technical service on any Oreck machine. Our service is quick and thorough, and in most cases, a customer will have their vacuum back the day after they bring it in. Q: WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS? A: I enjoy knowing we are providing an excellent service to the community by offering useful and long-lasting products. When a customer leaves our store, they have a quality product we stand behind 100 percent. I also enjoy running a business that helps the local economy by keeping money in the community and in Michigan. Q: TELL US MORE ABOUT YOURSELF AND YOUR BUSINESS. A: I joined Oreck years ago as a district manager and purchased my Oreck franchise store in 2002 because I saw the value in the brand.
