New to Fletcher. Decided to take a chance on Fletcher Care Care and I couldn't be more happy that I did. I inherited a grandfathers 1999 Monte and keep it as a 2nd and for sentimental reasons. It sits for long periods without being started and after moving to NC it started having to be jumped frequently and the brakes were squeeking a lot. I was in no hurry so, I told them to take their time and give it a thorough look and after 24 hrs with Mark and the folks at FCC they concluded that it was just the excessive moisture in this new climate that was causing brakes and possibly my GPS was causing dead battery. They had every opportunity to find something and to 'soak' me with a big bill and they didn't. I come from a big midwest city and suspect mechanics and auto care techs are commonplace. Fletcher Care Care will have any and all of our business for as long as we live in the Asheville area and I do and will continue to highly recommend them to anyone that needs auto servicing. The guys at Fletcher Car Care really took care of me today. The service was exactly as it should be, friendly, fast, cost effective, and quality. I really can not say enough good about this place, they sure have a life long customer in me. I would highly recommend them over any other car repair place I have tried in the Asheville/ Mills River area.
