My family has used Richard Del Vacchio as our lawyer. He's a dishonest, non communicative lawyer. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. He does not fulfill his promises and will lie to your face. As long as he gets his third of the lawsuit that is what drives him. Be informed and smart. Do not use this firm as they are shady and dishonest. We are not happy with his services and character as a decent person. Very dissatisfied and unhappy with the work ethic of this firm. Do not use this firm, terrible service!!
