I took my car to these guys to get it fixed. When I got it back, it still had the problem I brought it to them with and they replaced a bunch of parts that I didn't need for about a grand. If you want your engine fixed, take it to these guys and tell them you need a bumper because they will call you and tell you that you need an engine. Oh yeah, and they will start repairing it before you tell them to go ahead. So make sure your bank account has plenty of money in it and your credit card has at least a $2000 credit limit. You'll need it.

Honestly, i wouldn't even give them a star but you have to on here..
First off, my grandparents have been going here for a very long time (my great grandpa helped them get the place), so trusting in that i had my vehicle towed there to be worked on after it broke down.
The service was terrible. I had it towed during the first week of January. IT IS STILL THERE. (today is 3-17-12) FIrst he said he needed it to be paid off, but he'd work on it and get it fixed in "Two days, thats it!". Paid him off after a couple weeks(over a grand) and called him to see if it was finished. His response- "Oh, we've had a lot of cars come in so we're trying to get them fixed and out since they paid up front.."
REALLY?? Okay.. whatever.. A week later i call- "Sorry, itll be another week, we have all been very sick here." Who cares?? DO YOUR JOB.
Called again-"Yeah, its going to be another week, Its in pieces in the shop right now waiting to be put back together and we're doing it right now.". Called a week later "Ive been meaning to call you to let you know- my mechanic has been sick and out for a few so we wont have it fixed for another weeks.." A week later got a call- "Turns out we got the wrong part and you have a rusted headgasket- so itll be another week to fix it." If it were in pieces a few weeks ago- would you not have figured that out? "
Honestly, i think the d**chebag has been leaving my car sitting til he felt like getting to it. What does he care? He has his money.
one more week and im calling fox 2 and taking him to court. it should not take 3 THREE MONTHS to fix a vehicle.

I was given a quote and the car repairs were great & my car was delivered to me one day sooner I highly recommend this shop.

Not recommended at all. They will take advantage of you if they can.

DO NOT go to TWINS.especially if you are a female They gave me a quate of $250 and an estimate of 2hrs to have my wheel bearing hub fixed. They had my car for 28hrs and when they finally called to say my car was fixed they informed me that now my quote has nearly doubled. They admitted they should have called me and told me it was gonna be more but decided not to. And it wasnt like once they started working on it they found other problems . They just decided to pull a bait and switch on me. When I told them I couldnt pay the extra $210 they told me I couldnt have my car back then. It wasnt till I told them to call police because I had recorded the whole conversation that they decided to give me my car for the original quote. I will never return there and I will get the word out about their shady business practices.
