When my heating bill went up almost 4x I knew I was in trouble! So I hope you know how VERY GRATEFUL I am to have received the wonderful stove from you!

I purchased a pellet stove fireplace insert from Wizard and was very impressed. All around fantastic service. Jack came out to our house 4 times in all to check the fireplace, to install the stove, to educate us, and then to fix a small glitch with our stove. We purchased the Quadrafire Castille, and it's superb! Heats our 2500 ft2 home very nicely. I would heartily recommend Wizard! Scott C.

Called Wizard's. Barb answered the phone and set me up with Jack. Jack was very personable and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my Chimney needs. Yes I was retagged but it was for my own SAFETY!! lol Thanks Jack for the wonderful work you did.

I originally called the company about 6 months ago for a chimney sweep and wood stove cleaning. They came out, but their ladder wasn't tall enough. We rescheduled and the second time they came, their ladder was AGAIN, not tall enough. The third time they came out, I wasn't around and I left the key in a lock box on the front door. I was promised by the owner, Jack, that he would be the ONLY one with the lock box information, and he promised he would be the only one to come out to do the service. He lied... he sent an employee out, who had trouble with the lockbox and instead of letting me know, left our home unlocked for over 24 hours! The owners were very apologetic initially, but then repeatedly failed to follow up with me about some parts they were supposed to order for me, for the stove. I called this evening to follow up, and was understandably frustrated about the continued lack of reasonable service. I was told to "have a nice life" and then hung up on. Please please steer clear of this awful company!Too bad I couldn't give zero stars :-(

Last weekend I needed a Chimney Sweep, I called Wizards, spoke with Dorothy and she made an appointment for me with her husband for 3pm on Saturday. About an hour and half before the appointment she called to cancel and reschedule for the next day at 3 pm. We were really bummed because we wanted a fire during a rainy night and who calls an hour and half before. So the next day came around, we stayed longer at the cabin so we could be there for the chimney sweep and 3 o'clock it turned. At 3:15 I called and the call went straight to voce mail so I left a message. I then called the office and no answer so I left another message thinking they got lost. Well they never called back and never showed. I'm tired of taking people's word; what has happen to people saying they'll do something and follow through? If this is how they conduct business, I don't want to see their quality of work. I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt but its been a week now. I will try a different company now.

I have a REALLY old pellet stove...Other companies in town told me they couldn't find a part, that it wasn't made anymore, they wanted me to buy a NEW stove (min $3000). I called Wizard's last and they were BEYOND helpful. Barbara did some research and found my part!!!! They came and installed it and my stove is up and running again! I can't thank them enough for helping out. I really couldn't afford to buy a new stove. I won't go anywhere else now.

NEEDED A PELLET STOVE AND WIZARD'S WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL ANSWERING ALL MY QUESTIONS.THEY KNEW THE ANSWERS TO ALL OF THEM...EXCEPT ONE.THEY DID A LITTLE RESEARCH AND FOUND THE ANSWER IN SHORT TIME!!THANKS WIZARD'S!!
