I've seen better...

I've been a customer at the Lite Company for a few years now, and I am shocked at how quickly the company has become an undesirable place within the Flagstaff community. I used work with an older lady named Barbara and a young girl name Tracy. They were both wonderful and knowledgeable about the furniture, helping me to set up both my living room and bedroom. They are both gone now. The woman begin helping me this last time seemed kind and confident, she said her name was Barb. Halfway through our interaction another woman literally 'pushed' her way into our conversation, trying to 'take over' the sale. The nice lady eventually moved away as the smaller lady aggressively tried to 'win me over.' I was distraught to find out that this woman, was in fact, the owner of the store. She came off as very fake and seemed more interested in making me 'like her' than helping me with what I needed, furniture and lamps. She did not make me want to go back any time soon.

Put The Lite Company on your "Must Go See" list!

You only have to step in the doors to realize that this is a unique place. They have beautiful furniture and a huge selection of lighting. What struck me most was the warm and comfortable atmosphere. The staff is pleasant, helpful and absolutely no-pressure. Everywhere you go in this place you see amazing things for your home that you just don't see anywhere else.
