The yellow pages, local media advertising and point of sale signs are also included in the marketing plan. Foundation systems are available and include a certificate that will qualify the home with land property for FHA lending. (No stem-wall needed) Vinyl or stone/block skirting options are also available. I offer new replacement homes with lot preparation, block skirting and steps. A ten year warranty is included with our homes. As the buyer you can customize the home to meet your specifications and decor choices.
