I had puchased a stove at a competitor's shop but didn't like the install price. When I called Roof Dancers they said no problem. They installed it for a fair price, did great work and, never even hinted that I should have bought it from them, Next time I will.

I had a chimney fire. The owner of Roof Dancers came and inspected my fireplace and promptly gave me a solution to my problem which was not only saved me bunches of money compared to rebuilding the chimney, but has continued to save me money because the insert that he sold us is so effective and energy efficient that I have cut the amount of wood needed considerably. All of the people there are so friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a used wood stove to install, with all the pipes. Roof Dancers' installer came when he said he would, inspected all my pieces, and said that the stove was fine, but the pipes were not up to code or in good enough shape to use. He installed the stove, went back to the warehouse to get the correct pipes, and finished it all in one day. He was polite and professional. Good people, good products.

They want their clientele to be pleased with their purchases. I learned so much about buying the right stove to heat my house because they steered me in the right direction instead of trying to make a huge profit from selling me a stove I really did not need. Their friendly demeanor made the whole experience enjoyable. If the previous reviewer had just tried a little harder to connect with Roof Dancers he/she would have been totally satisfied. Maybe the reason that reviewer never got an answer was because the employees were all so busy satisfying customers. Patience is a virtue and pays off!
