Pinehurst Apartments are NOT OK. There are balconies with trash allowed; we found grease on the broken cabinets above the stove and microwave in a "cleaned" apartment, an impossibly small living room which would not accommodate more than three pieces of furniture, and which the management refused to give dimensions of prior to signing lease. After seeing the unbelievably small living room, the cheap greasy cabinets, the bath with shower but no shower door, and the ridiculously small bedrooms, we would not have rented at Pinehurst Apartment in Flagstaff. When we asked for our money back, the staff became unpleasant and refused to return our money, saying it was cashed already and 72 hours had passed so they wouldn't return our deposit. When management refused to return our deposit and first month's rent, we decided to cut our losses and run, screaming, away. In our opinion this place is a renter's nightmare.
