I called for information and support. I hoped to bring him only the damaged part of the dishwasher. Phillip advised me on the best way to repair the problem myself. He told me that if I was capable of taking it apart and bringing him the part I could just as easily order and replace the part myself. He could have told me that my plan to do most of the work myself was a waste of time and that I needed to find a way to bring the whole appliance to him. Top marks for honesty and information though he wasn't going to make $$ off my call. I will definitely use him in the future.
