We have rented from this company for 10 yrs and have not had a single complaints.They try to be sure I'm informed when they come in to do repairs to buildings. They are fair and the property's are well cared for.

I have never been so disappointed in an apartment renting business. The women at the front desk were always rude and tried to degrade us when we called them to tell them about an issue with the dishwasher, fire alarm, etc. Their maintenance guys were incompetent for the job. We told them something that was happening and they just said that's not possible and brushed us off. Well it was happening whether you believed us or not. Our dishwasher NEVER did get fixed. They ALWAYS tried to charge us for something whether it be for having a small amount of cat hair in the corner or to tell us that we were violating our contract by having a noisy animal. My husband an I cannot believe that a business such as this still exists even with the "no pet deposit". I would rather pay the $500 pet deposit any day at another apartment complex that more welcomes my money. They overcharge for their rent in a run down apartment Peak View North and from what I've heard Peak View as well. Flagstaff rent may be pricey but for broken appliances, rude neighbors, and the constant smell of cigarette smoke this place is a DUMP. No matter how much you clean your apartment it still gives off the vibe of it being dirty. With no carpet and just wood floors and tile you need to vacuum everyday to keep up a somewhat decent appearance. The cracked tile in the kitchen and bathrooms was NOT appealing. The grout in the tile floor was so filthy even a steam cleaner could retain it to it's former glory if there ever was a time. The layout was terrible. There were only certain places you could put your furniture and even with a small couch it felt cramped in the living room. Once you decide to leave their little collection of apartments it was your duty whether if you had finals or midterms to "show off" the place to other potential renters. What business does this?! My husband and I are VERY busy people and taking time out of our day is pretty much out of the question but they kept saying it was our responsibility. When we finally showed we realized a few of our things were missing since we were still moving out. Thanks to the people who were "interested" when we told LIPS this they again said it was our responsibility to have watched them. What are we supposed to do watch every twitch they make?! If you love the sound of your neighbors, don't mind the smell of smoke, constant swearing, harassment from the owner then this might be the place for you. Otherwise if you rent from them do not stay at the apartments off Beaver Street. I don't know how the other apartments compare but look around before you decide on any of their apartments.

These guys were great in helping me secure short term housing without high cost. They even GLADLY took my pets!!
