Now, after over ten years in this area, we have seen many Asian restaurants come and go; Hunan West has staying POWER, because of it's integrity...great menu, nothing fancy...just good Chinese food! The prices are right, not cheap, but definately not a rip off...just right! And the lunch menu is absolutely perfect for quick service without giving up on flavor, and those prices are fab...We order at Hunan West whenever we eat Chinese food, and the portions are always delicous and plentiful, both to go or to eat at their lovely little spot near University Plaza...try them, you won't go anywhere else again. :)
