I have been to FF&B now three times for services and have never been disappointed. Dr. Redwine is a caring and thoughtful provider. She listens, asks questions and I feel genuinely cared about as a client. I went there to explore Botox injections and never felt pressured to follow through if I was uncertain. As it turns out - for me, I'm ok with either doing it again, or not. Front desk staff is courteous and helpful.

On August 3rd I went to Face & Body for a Massage and facial. I have been coming to Face and Body for years now so I was expecting a wonderful day.The massage was alright except the lady that was giving me the massage was wearing these shoes that she shuffled around the table in which I have to say was very distracting . After the massage, i went over to the room across the hall to get a facial. The lady there was not as professional as I was expecting. She was nice but she made me feel rushed . She kept bumping into the table I was on.She also put these pieces of soaked gauze on my eyes to block the light she turned on but she kept knocking them off exposing the light which was very annoying . I asked her if she could wax my upper lip. She put the wax on and then her glove got stuck on the wax that was stuck to my face so the release wasn't very smooth to say the least. Your suppose to rip it off quick but that didn't happen. She said she was sorry but all I could think of was when is this going to end. It just wasn't a relaxing facial or massage like I usually get. I was very disappointed . Could you find out who were the ones that serviced me on that date because I don't want them next time. I'm sorry if I sound difficult but I'm really not. Any time I have ever gone there it has been beyond wonderful but this time it was not.
