The guy will rip you off, and if you question him, he'll just get mad, don't go here. I'm not happy that I was ripped off.
I bought a harddrive for $98 when in actuality it costs $40

I am very disappointed. I was sold the HGST Travelstar Z7K500 HTS725050A7E630 (0J38075) 500GB Hard drive, it was in good quality, I'll admit, but for the price? Absolute NOT
