Very proffesional and courteous.Not only did he walk me through everything he did to fix up my door, he was able to link the button in my car with my opener and gave me lots of info about my door. Highly recommend!

2 appointments missed with no phone call. Finally got them to come in and they ordered part needed....that was about a month ago. Called once a week to see if part was in and nothing. They got the part in a did not call me to make appointment for install. I called them to find out and schedule appointment...all I get is hopefully we will make it in a couple days. That was a week ago. Not impressed at all.
