I had a root canal by Dr. Leiendecker and was very impressed with how kind and professional both the Dr was and the whole staff. Procedure was quick and painless and I never had any pain after either. I will never have a root canal done anywhere else and would recommend her to anyone.

Went to Dr. Tagle for a root canal at 7:45 on a Wednesday morning. Everything seemed to be fine. Got the topical anesthetic, then the injections into my jaw. His assistant went to use the suction, and nothing. The suction pump wasn't working for entire office! No one had checked the equipment before sticking a needle in my mouth! To make matters worse, Dr. Tagle went to talk to another patient and left me talking to office staff. They said "we're booked" and they offered to get me in Friday afternoon. So I am standing there with a half numb mouth and told they couldn't do anything for me for two days. The staff at this office have no concept of customer service. Instead, you get a "not our fault" attitude. Dr. Tagle may be a good dentist, but I will never know.
