I have a rental property in Flagstaff and was looking for a reasonable landscaper to take care of my weeds and do some general upkeep 2-3 times per year. Most of the companies that I called would either give me outrageous rates or not show up because I wasn't a "regular" customer. Not only did AIM give me a reasonable price, they came when they said they would, set me up with an online account and made billing easy for me (since I am out of town). This is a perfect arrangement for me and I am extremely pleased with the services that I have received from AIM!

AIM performed grass and hardscape installation, and maintains my property weekly. Fairly priced, with dependable, reliable service.

AIM was recommended to me, so when I needed some maintenance done at my rental property I called them. The owner, Brad Bippus, met me on property and spent a lot of time going over my needs and answering my questions. He quoted a good price for the work and scheduled it quickly. The job that the crew did exceeded my expectations!

Great service, consistent and respectful! Responds when called, good contractor for winterizing and for turning on your irrigation.

I've used AIM for a few years to maintain and troubleshoot my irrigation system. Brad and his team have been responsive to my calls. I was having problems with my heads breaking and Brad suggested a pressure reducer, which was installed quickly and at a fair price. AIM also has a seasonal schedule to winterize and turn on my system.

We have a xeriscaped(rock/gravel) yard in Sedona. When taking estimates for yard mtce. services, we were very budget minded. Most other contractors had flat rates regardless of yard type, asking the same for our property as for one that was all lawn(ie, higher mtce.), and few would come out only once a month. Brad from AZ Irrigation & Mtce.(AIM) in Flagstaff, understood our needs and presented a fair price for yard mtce. once a month. Their integrity shows, and their employees are knowledgable, efficient & friendly, plus when weather interferes, they are very good at rescheduling their visits. I would highly recommend AIM to anyone looking for irrigation &/or yard mtce. needs in the Flagstaff & Sedona areas.

AZ irrigation and maintenance has serviced our yard for several years. They originally designed our landscaping, from grading issues to plant selection and lighting. After moving out of state, Brad's team has continued to service the irrigation system on our now rental. It's comforting and reassuring to know the system is in good hands. When our renters identified an issue with the system, Brad's team was out to the house within 24 hours to fix it. Highly recommend them.

My stop / waste valve was leaking. Coincidentally, I spoke with my neighbor Jana and she recently had her stop / waste valve replaced by Arizona Irrigation Maintenance (AIM). I called, an estimated came out on time, gave me a reasonable estimate and scheduled the work. Excellent customer service and workmanship. I'll be using them in the future.

Brad has been my irrigation expert for years. Amazing. One emergency had him outside in a miserable sleeting rain to repair a major breakdown. Repaired and done. What a guy!

Use AIM; you won't be sorry. We have used them for a number of years, both for maintenance and installation. They are quite knowledgeable and VERY responsive. Easy to deal with, too.

We have used AIM for years . Brad provides very reliable service. He has a very nice lady answer the phone if he is not immediately available, and his return call is prompt. He keeps in touch via email with is turn on turn off service. I recommend Aim especially to those who just come up to Flagstaff for the summer. Never any concerns with his expertise and reliability.

Brad (the owner) is a pleasure to do business with. He is kind, caring, honest and very positive, upbeat & easy-going. No matter what the problem or the crisis he is always take a "Where there's a Will there's a Way" attitude. It's nice to know he's on the customer's side and makes it easy to call on him.

AZ Irrigation & Maintenance provides consistent and excellent work. When we first bought our house in 2011, our sprinkler and drip system was not working. Brad fixed our system and provided upgrades. Our beautiful yard is an example of Brad's quality of work.
