Simply HORRIBLE! I was initially really excited to move here. The townhouse we were shown was absolutely awesome. BUT the day my roommate moved in, we were horrified. The actual unit we got was dirty, disgusting and outdated. Our cabinets were falling apart and must have been original from the day the building was built (70's?). We found molding and dry-rot in our floors and more! Gross. It was not only the appearance of our unit, but the staff that put us off. We had to put in several requests to get anything fixed. In fact, we waited THREE MONTHS to get anything fixed, even though we reported several things on our 7-day checkin list. They said they would write up a work order and come in asap. We had to call several times to remind them, and every time we did, they had no record of work orders written up. IMCOMPETENT. When we finally did get somebody in to look at things, they would only 'band-aid' over problems instead of actually fixing them. For instance, we found molding in our shower and they just caulked over it. We also had a flooding downstairs and they just painted over mold that was growing on our walls. This is just the start of the problems we've had here. Quite frankly, we just stopped reporting issues because they NEVER took care of them, and most of the time they just brushed us off and never came at all. We cannot wait to get our of here and just count down the days until we get out of our lease. I would never, EVER recommend this place to anybody. Good luck if you decide to live here.
