The entire time they had our contract, whenever they collected rent, it would be weeks, sometimes a month out before they would deposit the rents into our account. We had to consistently call or email them to make deposits. They still owe us rents that they collected a month ago and still have not deposited. We fired them as of a month ago as well. The owner refuses to call me back or email me back. Has avoided us at every turn. Gave illegal advice (our attorney advised us on this). There were numerous tenant issues that they never addressed. The only way we found out was the tenants called us directly. Hiring this company is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Do your homework. What started out in the beginning was great. After employees left, a bunch of drama was created and said employees were actually calling and emailing me. You hire management to make your life stress free, not cause more. They also charge outrageous fees for contract signing and they charge for every single thing at an outrageous rate. They fall behind on tenant issues, they have never performed ONE inspection of any units, as the contract states they check. Due to this, enormous amounts of damage has been done to several apartments. If they did their job? This would have been caught sooner and less damage would have occurred. We’ve asked for almost a year for proof of escrow for the security deposits and none have been forthcoming. We have also not received any of those escrow deposits, as they still hold the money for that. Striker is a complete disgrace and should be ashamed of themselves for everything they have done and continue to do.
