Today, I called and spoke with Eric, regarding a prime needed for my boiler. He acknowledged times were extremely tough for me and went above and beyond to help me. His sincerity and consideration were completely unexpected. It is rare that you find a business that genuinely cares about their customers, let alone me, who was not a customer. He showed up at my home 20 minutes later, primed my boiler and refused any sort of payment. He saw right through me, knew I was just broken and could use some help from another human being. I just can't describe the feeling of appreciation that came over me. I will never forget what Eric did for me and will be a nice story to talk about for a long long time.
