When we sold our house, the buyers pulled all permits on our property. Their inspector was looking carefully at all previously permitted work including a full asbestos remediation job done in 2001. The inspector found a small piece (3") of asbestos that had been left on a pipe tucked away in a hard to reach corner between the fieldstone foundation and the sill plate. The state inspector that signed off on the project in 2001 missed it too and so did our inspector when we bought the house in 2005!

I reached out to Economic Enviro Techs Inc. who did the work in 2001. To my surprise, the owner returned my call and stood by his company's work after 15 years! They filled all necessary paperwork with the MassDEP and sent one of their crews to fix the problem at their expense.

Obviously, mistakes happen. But it's how you handle those mistakes that often show your true colors. This company clearly understands this.

Before moving into an antique home, I needed to find a licensed asbestos contractor to remove some contaminated insulation and mold from a few attic storage spaces. After making several calls to a variety of companies without success, I was referred to Jeff Pace at Economic Enviro Techs, Inc. Jeff immediately returned my call and made an appointment to inspect the work that needed to be done. He quoted me a fair price & the work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. I was particularly relieved to see the care that was put into containment areas & was impressed with how clean everything was after the removal. Jeff also took the time to provide me with updates as the work was being done. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would definitely work with this company again.

We were very pleased with the service and Jeff was very accomadating about doing the work to agree with our schedule. We appreciate getting the work done so quickly (on an emergency basis) so the heating company could finish up the work on installing our new furnace. I recently found myself in a extremely stressful situation, I had discovered I had a asbestos chimmey running through the middle of my duplex house. I contacted EETI and had the pleasure of talking with Jeff Pace. From my very first conversation with Jeff I felt at ease. Jeff was professional,patient, and informative. Explaining in detail what he could do, how and when it would happen, and answering my countless questions. At time of removal I met Jeffs son John and his crew which I was equally impressed by all of them. They completed the job in less time than promised, where extremely effecient and caring in my home and at a very affordable and reasonible price. I would and will recomend this company to anyone who needs thier services!!!!

Economic Enviro Techs came to my home to reinsulate pipe in my basement after I converted to natural gas heat. I was very impressed with the efficiency of this company and the friendly staff. While they were there, they mentioned that their associate company, Rainbow International does carpet cleaning on a different level than most companies, and when Rainbow came to clean the carpet throughout the home, I then saw just what they meant! I was very impressed by the truck and equipment ,my carpet is beautiful and looks fantastic, and Scott was very professional and accomodating! Thanks so much!

I had EETI do an asbestos abatement project in my crawl space and mud room this past fall and was very impressed with the service. Jeff who arrived to do my estimate was very personable and explained the process that would take place with detail. The staff arrived timely on the scheduled project date and was very professional and informative.
