No one should ever use Benson Street Storage in Fitchburg. I had someone empty my unit prior to my due date on my contract. The company told me the unit wasn't empty so I was trying to make arrangements to finish the job while I was still paying on the unit. I get a call from a David J .Arsenault demanding I empty the unit right away. He was very rude and told me I signed off on the unit being empty and it wasn't. I informed him I did no such thing and I had weeks till I needed to vacate the unit. He started yelling at me and told me he would take what was in the unit and dump it on my lawn. I got upset with him and told him he was being rude and it is not my problem if he wants to get paid for the same unit 2 times in the same month. He then hung up on me.

Someone went days prior to the due date and emptied the unit. My unit was emptied out before my bill was due. I called and verified the unit was empty and they still sent me another bill. What is worse they sent it late and are charging me a late fee on top of another months rent. Just wanted to let you all know so you can avoid this place of business.

I called the storage company yesterday and left a message. The owner just called me back and said that I was full of it cause he emptied the unit out before I could have so he could re rent it. I was told the unit was cleared 2 days prior to my contract ending so if he emptied it before then it is on him. That also means he went into my unit and discarded items before he had permission and tried to get me to pay another month on top of that plus a late fee. All the time he was screaming at me and telling me I was rude to him. I hope no one ever has to deal with this David J. Arsenault.
