They miscut the first countertop. To try to make it work my plumber spent 3 and a half hours grinding away. Didn't work. RAL agreed to cut a second countertop which they did correctly, but refused to refund me any part of my plumber's second trip to correct their first sloppy mistake.

i went there in a panic because the shower unit I ordered from lowes finally showed up and it was broken and scheduled to be installed that weekend. They had a better unit and a better price and the woman who worked with me was amazing. Really knowlegible and confident. Planning on going back tomorrow to hopefully order a vanity in the nearly impossible size to find of 28 inches. She showed me some when I got my shower and mentioned they could be order in the size I needed! Very excited!!

My mom and I were planning on spending a good amount of money shopping here for her new bathroom renovations, but we did not even get a chance to walk in the door. We did not realize it was almost 5 and as we were walking in the woman working ran to the door to kick us out. She was so rude and when my mom told her she didn't realize it was about to be 5 the woman showed my mom here watch to prove her point. We completely understand that the store was about to close, but she did not have to be so rude about it. Due to this, RAL lost a few customers and a good sized sale.
