We have been customers of Folkes for years. I find they are alway very professiona,l office staff and their technicians. This last service call we had, the technician was Danny. He was very polite and found the problem quickly and repaired our furance. Linda in the office is always and has alway been helpful for us.

Very helpful during this time of season when the furnace gives out, they came and installed a motor that I needed because the furnace couldn’t produce heat

I received a Triple Play (Gas Furnace/Gas Hot Water Heater/Central Air) service flier in the mail. Called and spoke to Linda to schedule the service. She was polite, professional, personable and a pleasure to speak to. Today was the nail biting appointment day... The technicians arrived on time, in a very clean, well marked, newer model van. Gene and Tyler were the two technicians. Both very professional, polite, personable and most importantly, knowledgeable! They tackled my service and it was a pain free experience for me. Tyler was the tech who worked on the A/C. He was in and out of the house only a couple times. He took the time to wear boot covers as to not track dirt or mud Into the house. I have three dogs, so hair, pieces of leaves, grass clippings, etc. are no stranger to my floors. I appreciate that the Folkes crew didn't want to add even one speck of dirt to my home. Gene worked in the garage on the furnace and hot water heater.

The service was performed expeditiously, everything was explained to me in layman's terms . With excellent service pros, I like to say at the end of our encounters, "Nothing personal, but I hop never to see you again!" Lol!!! In this case, if needed, it will be a call I'll make with confidence. I like to say, "...I got a guy..." when I have someone worth referring. I now "got" a guy for plumbing/heating and a/c work. Actually, I got a gal too, Linda!

When they left, you'd never know they were here, except for the bill of course. A very reasonable bill at that! Money well spent!!! Thank you Gene and Tyler, oh yeah and Linda too! ;)

If 6 stars was an option, I'd have given you 7!

If you Folkes (get it folks... ah never mind, bad joke) out there in Yelp-land are in need of a great plumbing/heating/cooling service provider, call the Folkes folks with confidence!
