From out of town and the OEM battery died during a lunch stop with two young kids in the middle of a 10 hour drive. Fishkill Tire & Auto had a brand name battery
in-stock in the oddball size that was required. They got me in quickly at 4:45 on a busy Monday afternoon, and then spent 30 minutes stuffing it under the back of the engine bay without making a big deal about being open late. I didn't price shop but have purchased enough batteries lately to tell you they were competitive enough. Besides, I'd still be standing outside the chain store trying to get the thing installed...maybe with help from an employee, maybe not. They took care of me and I would trust them with my vet trucks. Excellent experience my first time there with these guys. Very impressed. I was trying to find a specific Hankook Z-rated tire to match my other 3. I hit a massive pothole and had a bubble in the sidewall. I called 3 different Mavis Dealers and 2 said we can't get that tire, and the other said it would have to be specially ordered which would take about 2 weeks. I called Fishkill Tire Saturday at 9AM and was told we could have that tire for you by Monday. Then a couple hours later I received a call back saying the tire came in earlier than expected, and by 12PM Saturday the tire was on my car. Bill was very polite and helpful and showed me the tire as soon as I arrived, just to make sure it was the correct one before I even had time to ask to see it.

s to say it wasnot a great tire the great people at fishkill tire installed these tires , after the installation on the way home I had a flat on the road I called Fishkill tires without hestation from them they told me bring it over without no hesitation they fixedthe leak at no charge wow! It was even there tires I said ; then the next day I had another flat a slow leak in another tire they told me again bring it over they found another leak this time it couldnt be fixed without hestation the guys at fishkill tire gave me a used tire that coldve been brand new at no charge Wow!! I really felt good about that and whst a classy and customer friendly tire store and by the wat yhere alignments are the best inthe hudson valley and best priced

After bad experiences with chain store and the local big shot in Pawling finally found an honest shop. The only draw back is there really busy its first come first serve no appointments. But its worth the wait both for tires and repairs. There is a glass window so you can see your car being worked on. Tires and some repairs.

When it came to a special order for tires for my Mercedes, the guys at Fishkill Tire were knowledgable and courteous. They knew the right type of tire for me based on the type of driving I do. Bill profiled me and actually asked these basic questions which helped me get the perfect tire for my vehicle. Thanks again, I will be back. James T.

As a single woman who knows very little about cars, I typically expect the worst when visiting an auto mechanic. So when my car was making a noise when braking, I was hesitant to bring it for service. I did my typical research online and found Fishkill Tire and Auto. After reading some reviews, I knew this was the place. I met Brian who took the car for a test drive then put it on the lift. He discovered that my front brakes were worn and needed replacement. He also pointed out the my inspection and oil change was past due. Within two hours, my car was fixed and I was back on the road. Brian took the time to answer my questions and demonstrated professionalism that I have never seen at other garages. I could tell it was a busy day for him, but he was still helpful and provided great service. Overall, I am impressed with Fishkill Tire and will return.

The staff at Fishkill Tire always do a professional job. They treat me like a person not a wallet. Best of all, they don't pressure you into fixing your problem now just to make more money. Please visit them before thinking about heading to your dealership.

"I had an appointment yesterday at Fishkill Tire to have my brake pads replaced on my car. I received a very surprising call from Brian, stating there was approximately half of the brake pads remaining. He said the brake pads didn't need to be replaced yet and I should have them checked again in 6 months or 7,000 miles. I was both shocked and glad at the same time that someone would be so honest with me in this day. I have been going to Fishkill Tire for over 30 years, and I would highly recommend them. They are honest, they stand behind their work, and will only fix what needs to be fixed.
