My two children have loved coming here! The teachers here are very upbeat, energetic, and patient. They are constantly doing fun things, and my child is learning Spanish! The managers did a great job explaining their curriculum and rules, and both of my kids are always sad to be leaving their teachers at pick up time! We love it here!

They clearly do not care about their employees at the Fishers location. Very disappointed. There are so many other places to choose from you would think they could get this part right.

Looks deceiving

I was given a tour bc I was looking for a child care to enroll my kid. Also I know some staff that works there. As I continued to do further research of the company, I was very disappointed and automatically turned off by management Amy and Anna. The people look very deceiving. Def observe teachers and come unannounced to check on your kid. The staff get away from a lot of stuff which they should be hold accountable for. Mistreatments and unprofessionalism seem to run at this place. At first they will seem nice but just you wait it gets worse. They should either fire the staff and replace them or shut the place down. Just looking out for my kid and giving heads up to the rest of the parents or future employees

My child was terribly unhappy ...

My child was terribly unhappy here. And I saw things that were extremely concerning. I removed my child after a few weeks. Go and observe extensively, at different times of the day, in different classrooms before you decide. Perhaps ask for a trial period. Observe how happy or unhappy the other children seem, how the children are treating each other and how that is dealt with by the 'teachers'. I would also suggest looking at the teachers' qualifications, degrees etc. Be sure to observe all the teachers and not just the one your child will have upon arrival. Look at the lunch menu and decide if you feel it is healthy enough for a small, growing child. Ask about the snacks and amount of juice. Look at the number and quality of books in the classrooms. My child is now so much happier in another center that has none of the red flags that this one did for me.

Great Facility!

I have been taking my son here since he was a mere 6 weeks old. The staff has been AWESOME! My son is now a year old and he is happy every day when we walk in the door. Jamie, the Director, has always been very receptive to concerns or suggestions that I have had and has handled any issue swiftly and professionally. The class sizes at this facility are still relatively small allowing for great teacher/child interactions. We too checked into several other local facilities and found that not only was this one more affordable than most, it was also cleaner and better organized. If you are looking for a great daycare with great staff and a nice location, look no further! You wont be disappointed!

As a stay at home mom of my 2 year old son, i was looking for a daycare or preschool program where my son could go for about 2-3 mornings a week to work on his separation anxiety in a "daycare / school setting", socialize with other children his age, and to begin to follow a school routine while following the directions of an unfamiliar adult. My husband and i visited about 6 other preschools/daycares and were SO disappointed in what we saw. Most places were filthy and had hacking kids with running noses touching all of the other kids and toys. The others were very expensive and made you pay a full day fee even if your child was only going to be there a few hours. We came across Rainbow's information and figured we'd check it out too since their prices were quite a bit less. Jamie, the director, was SO helpful and sweet, and interacted wonderfully with our son from the moment he walked through their child-sized door they have for the kids to come in through. At the time they hadn't opened yet and all of the adorable kid-sized furniture, play equipment, & toys were brand new and everything is still very clean. The classes still have only a few children, which isn't as overwhelming to the kids and also gives them more 1 on 1 learning opportunities with the teacher. He absolutely loves his teacher and the kids in his class! He's learned all kinds of fun and important things and can't stop talking about what he does each day! I would definitely recommend you check them out if you are looking for a clean, well priced, daycare with staff that interacts wonderfully with the children!

A must see!

My child just started at Rainbow Child Development Center in Fishers. We have had a great experience so far. The staff are professional and the center is awesome with all new equipment. I would recommend it to anyone looking for childcare.
