Great experience. Aaron arrived on time, identified a water leak in the ceiling really quickly, and fixed the issue. He did above and beyond, I would highly recommend him.

I was formerly an Appel heating and air customer but in 2017 my system went out I took bids and found that PHP had a lot better prices and service. With the discounts they offered it allowed me to get a top of the line energy efficient system and it’s saved me hundreds of dollars a year. I’ve been really happy I switched. Yesterday a part failed on my air handler and I called them after hours. Shane came right out and was fantastic. He got us up and running for no charge. It was all covered under the 10 year parts and labor warranty. Awesome experience.

I started hearing about this Plumbing company a year ago. I found them to be truthful, knowable and reasonable. I am now considering using their full HVAC services. So far they are Very helpful. A good company to do business with. I rate them a “10”!

I'm a longtime customer of Plumbing Heating Paramedics. Today was the largest job they have completed for me to date, though--a furnace replacement.

The team showed up promptly on time, went to work immediately, and had the full job knocked out in 2 hours (including a thorough cleanup that meant you'd never know they had been here).

All in all, my experience today was in lockstep with every one I've had with them in the past: Informative, efficient, and, well, perfect.

Technician was easy to communicate with, polite, wore booties, cleaned unit connectors (and explained purpose for doing so). I'd score a 5 star for expertise if I actually knew what to expect. Of all or most of these guys, I felt the most at ease with Nick Medonic. Thank you!

Great experience. First time home owner here. I had a pipe break and my garage looked like a water park. In a panic I called plumbing heating paramedics and within 15 minutes, Brian was out fixing the broken pipe. From the time I discovered the leak to it being fixed was about an hour total. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We never call anyone besides PHP for plumbing and electric work. Always quick, reliable service at a reasonable price.

Austin was wonderful. He was on time, polite, professional and completed the task in a timely manner. Thanks so much!
