Rude employees, bad groomers

The staff at this store are never helpful and seem bored. The groomers are rude, expensive, and liars. I've finally had enough with this location, I'll drive another mile up the road and go to PetSmart.

The groomers are very good. They are a bit pricier than others, especially with the "extras" but have a track record of giving a very good haircut to our miniature schnauzer, Dolly. I have had had some problems scheduling, but when I am able to work her in, she comes out clean and adorable. The store itself is as good as any and they run some specials. Dolly is allergic to the grains, and I like that often Petco would carry sample sizes of food, so that we could find her a food by "trial and error" without investing a fortune in food which she couldn't eat.
