I had a procedure done at this dental office. By that evening I was experiencing pain and left 2 messages on the after hours voicemail. I received no phone call. When I called back the following morning I was told the person responsible for returning calls was unavailable that evening. To me, this is not acceptable. I prefer to have a dental relationship with an office that will be there for me if I am experiencing issues from a procedure. The office manager indicated 'there was nothing I could have done for you anyway'. I am rating this business a 1 and will not return.

I just started going to this office. I really liked the staff and doctors and felt they really cared about me. I am going to schedule my kids next.

Will recharge you after billing your insurance. Cost keeps going up and up after each visit. Pay extra for this.. pay for that. They screwed up my crown 3 times. Finally happy with a new dentist at a different location. All they care about is money. and are very rude

I recieved a postcard mailer a week ago for a FREE whitening. They do a bait and switch scam. Said I cant have the whitening until I do the $900 deep clean. What a joke. This is the Walmart of dentist office. Vist a real dentist this place sucks.

I recieved a postcard in the mail and visited this dentist.Offer was for a free whitening. It was total bait and switch. They said I can't get the whitening until I do the $1000 deep cleaning and scaling. Dont be fooled. This place is horrible.

Beware. While each staff member seems nice enough, the place operates more like a used car lot than a dentist. They put the hard sell on to pre-pay for loads of dental procedures before the work is done. In fact they require prepayment of all work prior to the appointment. When I got a second opinion from a different dentist, I was told that I didn't need half of the work they claimed plus no other dentist I've been in contact with has ever required payment prior to receiving the service. Again, the staff is nice but something is fishy here.
