This is the owner of siferd's Country Carpets my name is Jerry siferd. I am replying to the review from Jai Peter's. I have went through 15 years of invoices and you sir must be mistaking me for another store because I have no record of doing any business with you. You can look at the Better Business Bureau rating and it shows that we are an a rating customers at siferd's Country Carpets always come first. For future customers we have moved to 120 West Main McComb Ohio phone number 419-293-1100 or 419-348-1806 we have purchased our building it is paid in full therefore it makes our prices extremely lower than the competitor. DO NOT buy carpeting from this thief! We had whole house carpeting installed a few years ago. Now, the carpeting is buckling up and rising in different places all over the house. I called Siferd about the problem, and he actually hung up on me. Apparently he doesn't back up his carpet layers, telling me that they were only his subcontractors and the ones that HE hired to install our carpeting no longer work for him. He refused to send someone else out to correct his subcontractor's mistakes. We spent over $4000 on carpeting from this guy, and our carpet looks horrible.
