I had the worst experience ever in dealing with this contractor. I feel he completely ripped me off and charged me $3750 for a new rubber roof that leaks worse now than my old roof did before. The rubber roof that he installed looks completely ridiculous - there are more wrinkles in it than a crumpled up piece of paper would have, and there are so many ugly flaws. He completely insulted me by saying "of course aesthetics are everything to you women." Aesthetics are not just everything to a woman, but to every paying customer that expects a job well done. He also gutted the interior of my sunroom and left piles of wet insulation inside for weeks afterward. Ripped out my nice Pella Windows because he said they had termites, and replaced them with these $70 windows. He had to reconstruct the exterior wall where the previous roof had been leaking, and the 2X4s aren't even touching and look like they were cut with a sawzaw. I had pieces of patching on this rubber roof that looked like duck tape, and he spraypainted them white on the brick of my house which looked absoultely horrible. I am still missing the wraping over my fascia (sp?) board in about a 2 foot section that he said he would be back to fix. I haven't heard back from him over 3 months. Currently I have 17 buckets that reside in my sunroom to catch the water everytime it rains, and am looking for new contractors to completely rip off the monstrosity of a roof that he put on my house. I would never recommend this contractor to a friend or my worst enemy for that matter. If you would like to see pics check out the album I've created on facebook.
