A truly First Rate company! We are so happy with our new home! Rich and his team were just great to work with!
My wife and I purchased 2.6 acres in the country just outside of Findlay. We were initially looking at Production home builders, but were fortunate to hear about Binner Construction. We called, Rich promptly returned our call, and after our first meeting, we knew that we were going to choose to work with him if he was willing to work with us!
During the process, Rich was so easy to work with. He allowed us to make our own choices while providing his opinions and insights from his many years of experience. He would help guide us through decisions, all the while making sure that the home we were having built was the home that WE WANTED!
As our new home was being built, Rich would literally stop by the jobsite every day, and that includes weekends. It was such a blessing to have Rich as the "Project Manager" to oversee the building of our new home...he treated it like it was his own!
Also, in terms of our contract and pricing, the price came in just like our contract stated, with the exception of additions that my wife and I made along the way. Rich would make sure that we understood that those additions would add to the cost before proceeding...he was very upfront about that which we appreciated greatly!
Finally, we were able to move in 2 weeks earlier than our contract date, and even after the house was built, Rich went over and above by arranging to have some additional "fill dirt" brought to our property, and graded. He would drive out almost daily to see the progress, and keep in touch with my by phone.
Rich started out as our "Builder", but throughout the process, he became our "Friend"... We love our new home, thanks to Rich and the Binner Construction Team!

Binner Construction repaired our kitchen roof and garage roof as well. We had a problem with leaks in the utility room area and he found and repaired all leaks. We feel Rich went above and beyond just doing the job. He was as concerned as if we were family and we liked that.

Binner Construction repaired our roof and siding that was damaged by hail, and did an excellent job. They've also done minor repairs as needed to our home for over 10 years. The crew is prompt and hard-working, and Richard has always quoted us a very fair price. Richard always makes himself available to answer questions before, during, or after the work is complete. I highly recommend Binner Construction.

Richard and his crew replaced our roof twice. In 2010 we had them replace our old roof. It looked great and the work was done perfectly. In 2011 we had the hail storm and the roof had to be replaced again due to damage. Richard came out when the insurance adjuster was here to discuss the damage and to make sure we received a fair settlement. The second time around was no fun for these guys. The roof is very steep and taking new shingles off is a lot harder than old ones. They showed up on time and completed the job AGAIN beautiflully. I can not say enough about how great Richard and his crew are. They work hard and always show up when they say they will. They clean up so well that things looked better than when they got here:) You don't have to worry about these guys messing around. They come here to get the job done and done well. I highly recommend them for your home improvement needs!

I can't recommend Binner Construction highly enough for the repair of your storm damaged home. Our 5 year old home was damaged during the 2011 hail storm. The very high and steep roof had to be completely replaced. Rich and his crew did the job with attention to detail and did an excellent job of cleaning up the site not only at the end of the job but also at the end of each work day. We wanted someone to do the job that was local to the Findlay area and Rich has been in business for over 20 years with a local experienced crew. We were on a waiting list for our project but we don't mind being on a waiting list for quality work provided by a local contractor that was recommended to us by other contractors. We also had two windows broken by the hail storm in our "wall of windows" in our great room. It took delicate carpentry work to remove the old windows and replace them with the new windows. Due to the workmanship one would never know that the windows had to be replaced. We recently had a platformed stairway added to our deck to access our walkout basement patio. The stairway does not look like an addition but was tied in beautifully. The last thing I have to say about Rich Binner is that he keeps his word. When you call him he returns the phone call, imagine that. When he says he's going to be there he's there. When he can't be there because he is busy with other jobs he doesn't string you along and play games. I appreciate that!

Binner Construction was easy to work with and very efficient. We love our new roof and they took the time to clean the work site before they left. Overall we give this business a 5-Star Rating.
