We hired Ed to put in the ceiling in our kitchen which needed to be leveled since we were making 3 rooms into 1 kitchen/dining space. He came and put in the shims, but the rest of the work was done by (what looked to be) high school kids who were unsupervised. We've had several screws poke through and there are several places where the finish work shows poor finish work once it was painted, lots of uneven spots. He wanted payment immediately after the work was finished but never cared if we were satisfied customers, and basically was not on the job as it was being done.
