I have been trying to get a prescription refilled for a month now. My insurance company can not seem to get a response from the doctors office to refill my prescription. So I called the office and asked them to call my insurance company to get my prescription in...and well they never called. Spoke to them again this morning......they said they would do it, so when I checked back in an hour I was told the FAX machine was broken so she called them but then the computer wasn't working. They said they would do it agin in five minutes so I guess I have to call them back again in a couple hours to make sure they did it otherwise.....I will never get my prescription refilled.
