I once was an admirer of Louie G's thought the pizza was the greatest. I decided to branch out and try their other offerings; : ( It took nearly 2hrs to get the order and I work in fife. When I let them know that the food was cold and didn't look right, the said they would give us a $5 dicount on both our orders being that we spent over $60. When I went to the establishment in Fife where we work, it changed from $5 down to $1 and they say we have no record of this transaction even when I presented them the original reciept, this is no joke. I like to give resterraunts the benefit of the doubt; so I took my children there on a family outing. This time I spent $50. The service was slow, less than 10 people there and they still managed to screw up the order. I have a health risk, it's that I can not eat raw tomatoes. I requested that I not have them on a delicious Sub called the Don and yet they were present on the Sub. They already loss my company's business and now my family as well. Good Luck to Louie G's and the unsatisfied customer for whom you don't hear or don't know how to listen to.

Best pizza I have **EVER** had..

Although I do have one suggestion for the owner.. take Monday off, and be open on Sunday.. at least for a couple hours before the Seahawks game..

But I understand.. quailty if everything for this owner.. and I have to say, it really shows.

Burnt and cold

I ordered one pizza and an order of breadsticks. Granted I live in Tacoma, which I told the guy that took my order where I lived and he said it was fine. Well over an hour later and having to call the manager to find out where my pizza is, I get a knock on the door. FINALLY!

So I finally get my pizza and bread sticks and I grab the box and foil and think "hmmm, this isn't all that warm" but I say nothing and the driver leaves. I open the box and there are HUGE deflated bubbles in it that the cheese and topping has melted and cooked to the center and it was COLD. The bread sticks were cold and chewy and had no flavor. The pizza was the same way. But after making my own garlic butter I was able to get some of the cardboard down.

I was really looking forward to trying something new, now I know why I don't try new places. After all the rave reviews I really thought this would be great pizza. Maybe I will drive there and give them another shot. It could have been a fluke that it was cold. I mean, I AM in Tacoma. But still, I shouldn't have had to make my own garlic butter for flavor!

First of all, I apologize. New delivery driver and he got lost. We actually do not deliver to 53rd in Tacoma. If you choose to come in, we will prove this posting was a fluke. I am owner and I put my heart in my food, that we all cook. I'm not here 90 hours a week to become a millionaire. I do it to feed hard working Americans, and I love to do it. Please come by and see me. God Bless. Louie G

Wonderfully...Awesome...

This may well be the BEST Pizza in the Northwest. Brick oven Pizza, Great pasta dishes. The 1st time I have ever gone to a Pizzaria were the owner was the main chef, I guess that is were the quality comes from. I had to get together a party in a hurry ( I always, always lose track of time ) Louie was wonderful helpped me pick out a menu and cut me some breaks along the way. He prepared stuff that wasn't even on the menu, His staff was very professional. I highly reccommend Louie G's Pizzaria, they have super fast delivery as well.
