I get phone calls from your computer that gives me a phe number to call but if I don't happen to have a pen or paper, I can't write it down - I'm too damn old to remember your 10 digit number so I can't call to take care of whatrever business you were requesting.

Worst customer service. It takes over 30min to get anyone on the phone. Many phone calls and emails with no response. They also charged my card without my permission and it was a lot of money $650.00! Matter is still unresolved! I am now going with another company!

This company has ordered me the wrong equipment 3 times. Tons of phone calls and my doctor having to resend a new prescription and still waiting 5 days later. they sent my husband to fife to pick up the prescription and when he got there they said they didn't even have it and sent him 45 minutes back home again. All they keep saying is sorry. Someone could die before getting this company to get their act together.

I have been over billed since Spot 2013. I have called 12 times and spent 15 hours on the phone with Apria. Each time I am giving different info. Search the company and you will find numerous complaints

Don't get stuck in their voice message system. Hard to hear and so much clutter makes you want to find the mute buttons
